Our Beginning
For many years, Holmquist + Gardiner, PLLC (H+G), a law firm founded by Imants Holmquist and Hamilton Gardiner, served as the registered agent for many of its clients. For a multitude of reasons, when H+G added Jerome Cohen to the firm, they ceased providing registered agent services through the firm and began directing clients to PSRA. Learn more about it here.
Our Mission
In order to operate a limited liability company or corporation within the State of Washington all entities must have a registered agent. As a registered agent service company we deliver our customers any important information that we may receive on their behalf, including legal documents served on entities. We also assist with filing annual entity renewals. There are many stresses involved in running a company or corporation, your registered agent should not be one of them.
